Meet Recap

The Kearsley Girl’s Tennis team tied Fenton on Monday, April 24th, 4-4. The match originally started on Wednesday, April 19th, only to be delayed by rain. Kearsley was lead by a big comeback win by the 1 doubles team of Emily Jones and Chloe Clarambeau. The duo trailed after the first set losing 5-7, but battled back winning the final two sets 6-2 and coming back from a 4-5 deficit to win the final set 7-5. The tie moved the Kearsley Tennis team to a record of 1-2-2 overall and 0-1-1 in the Metro Conference. The Lady Hornets are in action again Tuesday, April 25th against Swartz Creek.
